Position and salary will be based on experience.
Salary: $70,060-$73,560
Includes all responsibilities of a Mental Health Therapist I, as well as the following:
- Provide clinical support and supervision to MSW and/or MFT student interns as a designated Field Instructor.
- Occasional availability during nights and weekends to support staff with the Emergency Shelter’s 24-hour operation. Rotation for on-call coverage is required.
- Assist with 40 Hour Domestic Violence Advocate Training, community-based presentations, and briefings. Lead and facilitate weekly Case Management Team (CMT) meetings via the Family Resource Centers (FRCs) or other multidisciplinary team meetings, as needed per grant contracts.
Qualifications
- Licensed Clinician and in good standing in the state of California (i.e., LCSW, LMFT, etc.)
- A minimum of two (2) years of experience in the counseling field.
Mental Health Therapist III
Position and salary will be based on experience.
Salary: $73,560-$76,560
Qualifications
- Two (2) years as a licensed Clinician and in good standing in the state of California (i.e., LCSW, LMFT, etc.)
Mental Health Therapists report directly to a Licensed Clinical Program Supervisor. Human Options is recruiting for five (5) part time and/or full time positions to provide therapeutic support:
- One (1) at the Community Based Services site in the city of Santa Ana (Corbin Family Resource Center).
- One (1) at the Community based Services sites in the cities of Westminster (Westminster Family Resource Center) and Huntington Beach (Oak View Family Resource Center).
- One (1) at the Commuity Based Services sites as the Safe Options for Seniors Mental Health.
- One (1) at the Residential sites for residential participants between the Emergency Shelter and the Transitional Housing Program.
- One (1) at the Residential sites as the Children's Program Mental Health Therapist.
