We absolutely love the work our clients do and we’re looking for someone who can help them achieve their mission through the Front-End Engineer role.


“What would you say, you do here?”

We are looking for someone to help us bring our control panel to the next level! Over the next several months, we’ll be updating our front-end stack so your familiarity with modern web development but comfort (and tolerance) with older libraries like jQuery will be a key part of this role. Our control panel has lots of moving pieces so we’re looking for someone who can keep the front-end for a complex system as simple as possible, writing code that’s efficient, scalable and testable. You’ll also be a part of a front-end team that is just kicking off a bigger initiative to use shared components across our platform.


On the technical side, your experience in the following will also be necessary:

  • Experience with JavaScript (ES6), HTML, CSS/SCSS
  • You’ve spent some time with a front-end stack that includes React, Webpack, Babel, Jest (or any other unit test library)
  • Experience in older front-end tools like jQuery and Gulp
  • Familiarity with the BEM CSS naming convention
  • Implementing UI using existing front-end patterns
  • GitHub (or some other method of version control)


We pride ourselves on building a quality product. As a Front-End Engineer, you’ll take business requirements and leverage Voice of Customer to help us build a world-class user experience. Collaborating with other members of the Product team, you’ll implement designs and front-end code for new features and updates to our existing platform. When bugs in the system popup, you’re able to dig in, debug the issue, and find a resolution that solves the root cause.


As a member of the Product Team, you would also help us with maintaining our 2-week development cycle, keeping bugs in the system at a minimum, developing documentation for code you write, and helping us further improve and optimize our front-end framework. Members of our team are effective communicators and can self-manage their time as it relates to our team’s goals. You love finding an elegant solution to a problem, and you’re passionate about the code you craft.


Though our platform is easy to use, there is a lot going on under-the-hood. You’ll be spending a lot of time learning the ins and outs of our control panel with a goal of being a product expert in this area by 90 days. You should be comfortable and resourceful in debugging code and troubleshooting across various browsers. Be okay with not knowing things, but strive to learn as much as possible. We are looking for someone that is hungry for feedback and wants to grow from working on a team of engineers.
