Looking for an opportunity to join a fast-growing team within an e-commerce environment? Retail Bloom is hiring a collaborative, enthusiastic, and pragmatic Client Services Team Lead with a sharp partner presence and business acumen. The ideal Team Lead will provide superior support to their own client accounts, identifying their clients’ needs, developing strategies, executing plans to meet client goals, and will also act as mentor and guide for our broad team as they hone their strategist and analyst skills within their own portfolio of brands.   • Support a culture of engagement, growth, and collaboration within the CS team
  • Guide team members to optimal performance through coaching, at the elbow support, as well as the development and roll-out of SOPs to ensure the same excellent service is provided across our department for our client partners
  • Manage and drive results for a portfolio of partner brands
  • Lead the development and implementation of brand-specific marketplace selling strategies
  • Serve as the Marketplace expert
  • Evaluate competitive landscape and develop strategies to maximize client growth
  • Deliver the highest levels of operational execution and results
  • Manage channel revenue, profit, advertising and internal/client KPI’s
  • With your Strategist and Analyst team, lead business strategy and planning meetings for client partners both quarterly and annually
  • Build strong relationships with our clients supporting client retention and growth
  • Project management to ensure client specific initiatives are successfully executed and completed
  • Responsible for hiring activities including interviewing, onboarding, and on-going training, and development of Client Services team
  • Perform other duties as assigned


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Economics or equivalent experience, required.
  • 2 plus years of professional experience in managing client relationships and operations in Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central accounts 
  • Advanced experience in Microsoft Excel preferred
  • Outstanding analytical and data management skills
  • Self-starter with strong initiative and work ethic
  • Ability to be flexible & adapt to dynamic environment

  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a high-demand environment while demonstrating professionalism
