What We're Looking For:

We’re looking for a Full Stack Architect to join our technology team. Reporting to the Director of Software Engineering, the Full Stack Software Architect is responsible for the architecture, design, and implementation of complex software applications. The Software Architect is a key person for architectural ownership decisions that will work closely with an agile team consisting of Software Development, Quality Assurance, Database, and Project Management roles to develop and implement various projects related to the company’s mission critical business applications.


This is a remote position open to residents of the United States.






  • Provide Technical assessment to product/business owner
  • Provide high level estimate and technical feasibility
  • Contribute to product requirements
  • Define, review and approve technical solution / architecture
  • Oversee Dev Team implementation and solve complex issues
  • Perform code reviews and approve code merges
  • Support Software Delivery Manager in timely delivery of projects
  • Troubleshoot post release issues and advice on resolution approach
  • Work in cross-functional, agile teams; being a voice for the engineering team as a whole in influencing larger development strategies
  • Deliver high-quality code that aligns to business objectives
  • Bring a focus on micro-services and component-based architecture, influencing mature practices that promote scale
  • Drive standards on code quality, reliability, scalability, and performance
  • Align and influence within the larger organization on new tech adoption, best practices, standards, and approach that will help bring efficiencies and scalability
  • Collaborate with other departments to develop creative ideas and new initiatives from cradle to grave
  • Evaluate new technologies, build prototypes, and learn through risk-averse strategies in order to achieve continuous improvements
  • Work within a fast-paced, results-oriented environment using a scaled agile workflow




  • 6+ years of professional software development experience with strong background in architecture and design
  • 2+ years in leading a software delivery team, including management of direct reports
  • Strong knowledge in 2-3 areas within our technical stack; Typescript/Javascript, C# (.Net/Core), Angular (8), React, Next.js, AWS, SQL (SQL Server/Postgres), NoSQL (Redis, ElasticSearch), ELK, and/or NodeJS, AWS Cloud and Database Technologies.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD, along with Test Automation tools and frameworks; XUnit, Selenium, Cypress JS, Jasmine, etc.
  • Familiarity with modern software architectures such as microservice design, OAuth flows, and event driven architectures
  • Comfortable working with cloud-based architecture, including AWS
  • Familiarity w/ Open Source use and sound decision making practices for adoption
  • 2 years professional experience with SQL Server and Transact-SQL. Solid understanding of stored procedures, triggers, database design and relational design
  • Experience with time sensitive & highly optimized REST API & Windows Services
  • Good understanding of web application & windows services architecture and design
  • Understanding of XML/Web services
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and software design patterns
  • Working Knowledge of serverless deployments and building deployment pipelines
