At MIND Research Institute, talented and passionate individuals from all parts of the country are doing just that! MIND Research Institute, the creator of ST Math© is looking for a Learning Advisor to join the Empowerment team who will be providing the MIND Research Institute Partnerships team resources/support, necessary for increasing our pipeline and furthering our mission.
 
Join us in our mission to ensure that all students are mathematically equipped to solve the world’s most challenging problems! MIND Empowerment will focus on the following areas:
 
  • Field support: As subject matter experts, Learning Advisors will assist with sales presentations, meetings, and resource curating for strategic deals. They will serve to coach and collaborate with the Partnerships team.
  • Marketing and Sales tools: A key conduit between sales and marketing, this role will help ensure that go-to-market materials are relevant and utilized, sales tools and assets are up to date and effective, and product messaging is succinct, compelling, and consistent.
  • Professional Development & Certification: This team will develop and implement curriculum for partnerships onboarding, professional development, certification and coaching.
Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Education Partnerships Managers (EPMs) to provide strategic support at various stages of the buyer’s journey for key accounts including but not limited to high level sales presentations, webinars, in-person meetings with decision makers, RFP support…etc.
  • Assist in developing processes, driven by known best practices, for expansion districts.
  • Collaborate with the Education Success team to support existing customers, foster long term relationships, and identify expansion opportunities.
  • Partner with Engagement as both subject matter experts and creative developers for content (e.g. case studies, thought leadership pieces, product collateral, etc.) that will educate team members and advance sales.
  • Research and report market trends; evolve internal and external resources for competitive selling.
  • Assist in revamping and managing an internal sales empowerment platform to seamlessly deliver relevant content and at the time of need.
  • Determine content adoption metrics and define sales empowerment needs driven by requests from partnership team members.
  • Train sales team on best use of marketing and sales empowerment materials.
  • Manage the creation of new and existing sales presentation assets and tools.
  • Design and implement EPM certification program(s) to further develop crucial product knowledge and value proposition skills.
  • Provide coaching feedback resources for partnerships team members to assist them is measuring their product knowledge, selling strengths and weaknesses.
  • Develop sales-relevant, self-guided training resources for Partnerships and Engagement.
  • Collaborate with and mentor new hires to personalize onboarding through coaching and self-guided experiences.
  • Facilitate and monitor progress of new hire product knowledge providing feedback to management.
  • Help design scalable feedback loop from sales team to further improve empowerment programs and support.
 
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Demonstrated understanding of K-12 math education and curriculum design.
  • Teaching experience preferred.
  • District or School administrator experienced desired.
  • Expert knowledge of MIND approach and programs.
  • Extensive experience communicating ST Math product messaging to a wide variety of educators.
  • 4 + years of experience in professional development, curriculum design and training.
  • Experience in coaching and mentoring preferred.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong technical skills.
  • Team player with impeccable intrapersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, unpredictable environment. 
  • Aptitude for identifying and driving strategic projects given little information or provision.
  • Adept at project management and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Up to 50% travel within region, mainly CA
