Description

Responsible for updating Maintaining and reconciling the inventory books for the Orange locations to be as accurate as possible. Guide raw materials warehouse personnel to where inventories should be be moved and staged. Candidate will be entering inventory transactions into Netsuite daily. Review schedules, work orders, and other references to ensure adequate inventories are at the locations they are needed, well prior to being needed, so no downtime is occurred or any after hours arrangements need to be made. Direct warehouse workers in inventory staging, prioritizing and transfers of inventory to other locations. Communicate shortages and late deliveries to schedulers, purchasers and managers as soon as it is discovered. Perform and direct personnel to perform physical inventories. Investigate discrepancies found on the counts thoroughly and reconcile inventories as needed, weekly, monthly and yearly. Maintain a 98% accuracy of the inventory accuracies. Create various reports as directed. Understand and utilized the corporate software and associated hardware to their full potential to efficiently perform the duties.

Qualifications

 

  • H.S diploma or higher, accounting knowledge a plus.
  • Effective and respectful communication to others.
  • Good analytical, math, reading, and comprehension skills.
  • Efficient with use of PC's and tablets in Windows applications after a short training period.
  • reliable transportation in all types of weather.

Work Authorization: Must be eligible to work in the United States.
