SUMMARY OF POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Full-charge booking for multiple corporate entities, including US, UK and HK multi-currencies.
- Manage accounts payable processing
- Ensure timely processing of vendor invoices
- Obtain and verify support for credit card expenditures and employee reimbursement requests
- Process vendor payments
- Process accounts receivable
- Prepare quarterly billing reports and client invoices
- Process advisory board meeting reimbursement invoices
- Process legal allocations across FoF entities
- Maintain cash registers
- Update cash ledger for deposit and payment transactions
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations
- Maintain various accounting schedules, including prepaid expenses, fixed assets, subscriptions, etc.
- Assist with monthly, quarterly and annual GL close
- Support annual audit by preparing schedules and providing auditors with requested documentation
- Prepare property tax returns, 1099s, and other ad hoc governmental returns
- Other duties and special projects, as assigned
PERSONAL TRAITS:
The successful candidate must possess:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly proficient in using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
- Experience in Sage Intacct preferred, but not required
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of client, investment and company information
- Ability to establish appropriate priorities, work on multiple projects concurrently and meet inflexible deadlines
- Ability to work independently in completing a variety of confidential, administrative tasks
- Ability to interpret and apply judgment to tasks based on broad policies and procedures

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Competitive base salary between $60,000 - $75,000 per year with two discretionary bonuses per year, accompanied by fringe benefits program including medical and dental insurance, 401(k) and vacation.
