- Up to 3 years of analytical experience in investment banking, consulting, audit, investment management, or other similar fields. 2023 Graduates are encouraged to apply!
- A bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, business economics, or related field with a record of high academic achievement
- Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Level I or II - Preferred, but not required.
- Experience working with one of the "Big 4" in Private Equity related transactions preferred.

Pathway has work locations in California (Home office), Rhode Island, London and Hong Kong. Pathway is an independent company, wholly owned by its 21 senior professionals. Pathway offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package.

- Pathway observes 10 holidays per year. In addition, Pathway offers 15 paid vacation days per year. All regular full-time employees are eligible for holiday and vacation pay.
- Annual base compensation between $85,000 - $95,000 with two discretionary bonuses.
