Position Objective

As the Creative Services Project Manager, youll work with exceptionally gifted and creative team members and mission-driven clients to create assets and tell stories through social media, stage productions, immersive programmed experiences and adventures, digital platforms, video venues, fundraising, traveling booths, environment creation, navigation, and more. Essentially serving as the teams Air Traffic Controller, youll ensure that projects and requests are done on time, within budget, and all with the purpose of helping people experience and know the love of Jesus.

 

Key Job Accountabilities

  • Serve as the Creative Services point of contact when meeting with clients to articulate goals, define the win and establish timelines for projects

  • Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members

  • Act as Air Traffic Controller, managing incoming and outgoing requests and updates

  • Working with team members to stay on track with deadlines and deliverables

  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the execution of multiple projects

  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget

  • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility

  • Ensure resource availability and allocation

  • Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress

  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs

  • Report and escalate to management as needed

  • Manage the relationship with the client and relevant stakeholders

  • Perform risk management to minimize potential risks

  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors

  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

  • Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project

  • Delegate project tasks based on team members' individual strengths, skill sets, and experience levels

  • Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals

  • Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis

  • Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs

  • Maintain expense reports for the Creative Services Department

  • Perform other related duties as assigned

  • Attend all required staff meetings and events

  • Actively participate in and contribute to the broader camp programs of CCCC

  • Actively engage and participate in the staff community through a godly attitude, words and actions.

 

Education/Certifications/Licenses

  • Bachelor's Degree in an appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience

  • Must have a current valid driver’s license.

  • Must have a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent.

 

Work Experience

  • Proven working experience in project management

  • Experience with project management software tools such as Monday.com is a plus

Physical Demands:

The physical environment requires the employee to work both inside and outside in hot and humid conditions. Requires sitting, standing, squatting, stooping, twisting, and ability to lift/carry anywhere from 15 to over 60 lbs.

Additional Requirements

  • This position is in-person, in-office; not remote. Remote work may be occasionally available.

  • Adherence to company dress code and professional standards for personal grooming and appearance.

  • Satisfactory completion of a background investigation, as well as ability to provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States.

The Creative Services Project Manager must be a mature follower of Jesus, still growing and developing in his/her faith. He/she must be fully in accord with Carolina Creek Christian Camps mission statement, and statement of beliefs; committed to living these out personally, and instilling them in the organization. He/she must be of strong moral character and integrity.
