What You Bring:

  • Ability to design, develop, and support enterprise applications with a focus on Microsoft technologies.
  • Skilled integrating systems.
  • Experience in the design and management of data extract and migration tools.
  • Experience developing applications using cloud environment.
  • Experience working with SAAS applications and APIs.
  • Prior experience with MRI software is a bonus.
  • Experience in the commercial, retail, industrial and/or multi-family real estate industry preferred.
  • Demonstrated leadership and organizational management skills, including strong interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation and ability to champion through daily interactions.
  • Willingness to learn a wide range of technologies in an effort to support company objectives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Integration: Facilitate data integration among various platforms and explore ways to enhance existing functionality.
  • Serve business needs by bridging the gap between multiple disparate platforms.
  • Develop and maintain custom applications that facilitate integrations by using the most optimum interoperability method.
  • Interact with other stakeholders in understanding requirements from original concept, buildout, testing, training and maintenance.
  • Application Development: Responsible for research, design and development of applications and services to support critical business processes with a focus on privacy and data security.
  • Develop data solutions by modeling database physical structure, providing capabilities to meet certain analytical reporting requirements and creating reports in SQL.
  • Business Requirements and Planning: Partner with various stakeholders and manage the application development process.
  • Participate in the evaluation and recommendation of application development and Business Intelligence information analysis tools and technologies.
  • Serve as a business liaison to certain application providers.
  • Provide training to employees and IT team members as appropriate.
