The Licensing Coordinator is responsible for the administrative duties related to licensing submissions and the Licensing department.  


Essential Functions:

  • Accurate data entry and tracking of product and marketing submissions. 

  • Communication with licensors to help ensure prompt approval of submissions. 

  • Communicate licensor feedback to ANA’s development, sales, production & marketing teams. 

  • Maintain a product library of key licensed products 

  • Handle the coordination and shipping of all sample requests 

  • Assist the Licensing Manager with approvals and tracking of submissions from ANA’s licensees 

  • Maintain current and proper knowledge of licensing practices. 

  • Assist with resolving licensing issues as needed. 

  • Collects documentation needed for the licensing process. 

  • Respond to both internal and external requests for information and documentation. 


Minimum Qualifications: 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with the ability to take direction 

  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities. 

  • Extraordinarily detail oriented and able to multi-task different projects. 

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality. 

  • Flexible to change in a fast-paced environment. 


  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field. 

  • 2-3 years experience with administrative responsibilities in an office environment. 

  • Working knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office.
