NEW SIGN ON BONUS STRUCTURE* – Grow your own sign on bonus based on the hours you work! Target rate is $6,000 for full-time hours over first year of employment for our afternoon shift and $8,000 for full-time hours over first year of employment for our midnight shift. You have the power to determine your payout!
Job duties are, but not limited to:
- Answering call lights in a timely manner
- Report all changes in a resident's condition to the staff nurse as soon as practical
- Keep residents rooms neat and tidy
- Assist residents correctly based on their transfer status
- Complete shift report with on-coming and going shifts
- Assist residents with their daily living activities
- Oral care
