All Shifts Available!

NEW SIGN ON BONUS STRUCTURE* – Grow your own sign on bonus based on the hours you work! Target rate is $6,000 for full-time hours over first year of employment for our afternoon shift and $8,000 for full-time hours over first year of employment for our midnight shift. You have the power to determine your payout!

Job duties are, but not limited to:

  • Answering call lights in a timely manner
  • Report all changes in a resident's condition to the staff nurse as soon as practical
  • Keep residents rooms neat and tidy
  • Assist residents correctly based on their transfer status
  • Complete shift report with on-coming and going shifts
  • Assist residents with their daily living activities
  • Oral care

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • CNA certification through state of Michigan
  • Experience in working in a long-term care setting preferred
  • Experience working in Dementia care preferred
  • Must demonstrate the ability and willingness to build a positive rapport with our patients
  • Must be compassionate and caring
  • Must be fully COVID Vaccinated
