Summary: As an Entry-Level Assembler at Westfalia, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process. You will work closely with a team of skilled professionals to assemble and fabricate components and materials for our automated material handling systems. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Job Functions:

  • Assembly: Perform assembly tasks following detailed instructions, blueprints, and drawings to construct components and subassemblies.
  • Quality Control: Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.
  • Tools and Equipment: Operate various hand and power tools and equipment to complete assembly tasks.
  • Material Handling: Move and handle materials and components as needed during the assembly process.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve production goals and resolve any assembly-related issues.
  • Safety: Adhere to all safety guidelines and maintain a safe working environment.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • No prior experience required; mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn are essential.
  • Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.
  • Detail-oriented and able to follow instructions precisely.
  • Strong work ethic and a commitment to quality.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and processes.
