Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and administer multiple HR activities that may cover the following areas: Compensation, employee relations, recruiting, safety, workers compensation, benefits, and training
  • Efficiently and accurately respond to employee questions and concerns; follow up in timely manner as required
  • Maintain confidential employee records; audit as necessary
  • Make recommendations and implement policies; work with and advise Supervisors/Managers on employee issues and disciplinary action
  • Work closely with plant Supervisors, Managers and HR team to successfully complete tasks and projects
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
  • One or more years experience preferred
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects in a timely manner
