Have excellent time management and organizational skills.
Direct all aspects of food production for the Grill, including ordering, food preparation and inventory.
Have a minimum of 3 years of kitchen operations, catering, or banqueting experience, preferably in management.
Possess basic computer skills and development knowledge of software utilized by the YMCA of the Rockies.
Lead a diverse crew of seasonal staff to provide positive outcomes for guests and staff.
Operate kitchen equipment including: fryer, broiler, oven, ice cream machine, etc.
Direct preparation of sack lunches, refreshment orders, and continental breakfasts.
Manage the preparation and delivery of cookouts during the summer season.
Develop Grill menu in cooperation with the Food Services Director.
