About the Job

As a member of our IT team, you will be responsible for Level 1 Help Desk support, computer builds and software / hardware support of computers, both Mac and PC. You will also be responsible for maintaining the IT work areas / Server Rooms, collecting parts for e-cycles, and basic user maintenance in Active Directory.


This position is based in our Philadelphia, PA studio. We will begin reviewing applications on February 13, 2023. 


Primary Responsibilities:

  • First level response to IT tickets
  • Troubleshoot software issues (Microsoft, Apple, Adobe, Solidworks, Altium, etc)
  • Troubleshoot hardware issues (Apple, Dell, Lenovo, HP)
  • Maintain IT areas (cubicles / server rooms)
  • Pull / install CAT5 cabling 
  • Troubleshoot Printers
  • Work in Active Directory


About You


  • Associate degree in IT or 2 years of relevant experience

  • You can handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize them accordingly
