JOB DESCRIPTION:
Want to join a fast-growing team within an e-commerce environment? Retail Bloom is hiring for a collaborative, enthusiastic, and pragmatic Client Services Account Strategist. The ideal candidate will be an adept project manager who is able to assess client needs, create and present client strategies, and partner to set goals for their portfolio of accounts. Then translate those strategies to KPI-crushing actions with the broad Retail Bloom team.
A Retail Bloom Account Strategist is a creative and resourceful problem solver who is skilled in developing strong client relationships, loves data and isn’t fazed by the changing landscape of eCommerce.
Summary: Responsible for managing and providing superior support to client accounts, while identifying their needs, developing plans to meet client goals, and delivering effective results.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Brand Strategy
- Work with the internal team, and the client, to define project objectives, set key performance metrics, and establish the approach of the projects required to obtain results.
- Responsible for getting to know the particulars about the brand- their products, catalog, demographic, what makes them different vs. competition
- Applying best practices to define tactical priorities
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships as a trusted advisor through client tenure, channel usage, and profitability
- Build an understanding of clients' target audience and provide appropriate advertising, media, and promotion recommendations.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by efficiently and accurately addressing any problems or concerns from a client.
- Brand Revenue, Profit, KPIs-
- Expand business markets with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to exceed sales expectations.
- Weekly review of Brand KPIs vs forecast, year over year, and report to Team Lead with Recommended action items
- Report monthly results and revenue earned by client to be submitted to the team lead.
- Monitor Amazon and other marketplace campaigns to ensure goals are met
- Client Project Management-
- Work closely with internal teams and Account Analyst to ensure goals of multiple clients are met on time.
- Utilize Asana and Everhour to manage Milestones to deadlines for client needs
- Lead client presentations and select appropriate tools and approaches for solving client problems that may arise.
- Prepare reporting and analysis for all facets of business, including advertising, sales, brand protection and forecasting by sales channel.
- Partner with Account Analysts to direct building and/or optimization of advertising
- Clearly communicate the progress of initiatives and business objectives to new and existing clients.
- Responsible for the on-boarding of new clients and will serve as the point of contact for the client.
- Responsible for the off-boarding of clients and will serve as the point of contact for the client.

Identify opportunities for potentially adding Brand Protection, Manage Service Addition, or Creative Services Upsell
- Perform other duties as assigned.
