- High School Diploma is required;
- Associate’s Degree in related field is preferred;
- Demonstrated customer service orientation;
- Strong computer Skills (word, excel, outlook, other ELV, CCFA, KINDERWAIT);
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Strong math & logic skills;
- Works well in a team environment and independently when needed;
- Flexibility, patience and a sense of humor essential;
