MELA Kings Camp Summer Counselor

King’s Camp is seeking a strong Christian individual who is creative, organized, and energetic to join our growing summer camp.

Camp Counselor Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with other counselors to create/lead fun recreational activities and projects.
• Plan and oversee campers’ daily activities, including games, arts & crafts, science, dramatics, etc.
• Ensure camper safety daily whether on-campus or off-campus during field trips.
• Serve as a good role model to campers and lead daily bible devotionals.
• Instruct campers in daily routines and clean-up tasks.  

Camp Counselor Requirement/Qualifications:

• HS diploma or equivalent, Associates's degree, or two(2) years or more of full-time college coursework equivalent preferred.
• First aid and CPR training and certification were appreciated. 
• Previous experience as a Camp Counselor, Teacher, or related field working with elementary-age children.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
