Under the supervision of the Site Director and/or Multi Site Manager, Aides will help our staff promote and deliver quality programs to our K-5th grade after school students.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Help our staff set-up, clean up and prepare for the lesson plans and activities for program participants

Assist with planning and leading activities for small groups of up to 15 students

Assist with computer instruction with Lexia and/or Amira, our online reading programs

Assist with SEL instruction

Help coordinate daily enrichment activities

Help serve as a role model for students

Provide safe, and quality, care to students

Comply with Division of Early Childcare and Learning Licensing Rules and Regulations

Communicate with Scholars Unlimited staff and Site Director

Help manage tasks for students in cafeteria, classrooms, gym and other area in the school, as well as off-site centers and field trips

Attend all trainings and staff meetings

Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
Must be a minimum of 16 years of age, have an interest in working with youth. Must be able to complete/attend all paid pieces of training within 30 days of hire date.
Background check and fingerprinting required.

Compensation: $17.29/hr.
