Description

ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT ADMINISTRATOR ROLE DESCRIPTION

 

The Organizational Development Administrator contributes to the creation of a world-class staff and culture by supporting efficient, comprehensive HR processes; assisting with new staff onboarding, supporting department events and initiatives and completing administrative tasks as directed by the Organizational Development Director (ODD).

 

Responsibilities

 

Support an Efficient, Thorough Hiring Process

  • Create job template for approved roles and post to HR module
  • Maintain all job postings on CHCC Website and other sites
  • Send assessments to candidates as requested and build assessment overview
  • Book candidate travel and reimburse approved expenses
  • Complete education verifications prior to extending offers
  • Process background check and other pre-hire responsibilities

 

Support New Employee Orientation

  • Meet with employees to complete all onboarding paperwork
  • Assign employee numbers and ensure timely completion of employee onboarding
  • Set up new employees in Paycom and provide log in information

 

Support Organizational Development Events To Build A Flourishing Culture

  • Assist with planning and execution of food, décor, rental reservations, managing linens, etc.
  • Book and maintain eSPACE reservations for the events and trainings under ODD supervision

 

Ensure Accurate, Timely Response to Communication Requests (Phone or Email)

  • Manage phone calls, email, voicemail, and communication requests in a timely, thorough manner
  • Demonstrate professionalism, discretion, and a service-orientation in all interactions

 

Perform Other Duties and Tasks as Assigned

Qualifications

PREFERRED

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience in Human Resources/Organizational Development

POSITION TYPE: Part-Time

HOURS PER WEEK: 20
