Duties & Responsibilities:

Job Summary: Solicit, market and place accounts in order to meet individual and department production goals.

 

 

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develop, strengthen and expand client relationships through close interaction with clients, producers and other team members
  • Work closely with Account Managers to gain efficiency of the portfolio
  • Oversee day to day processes in all aspects of clients insurance program cycle, including responsibilities for client preparations, direct client communications, presentations and open items
  • Works with others to offer creative solutions
  • Anticipate future needs of clients by monitoring client performance throughout the year
  • Work to resolve anything that may impact the client relationship including invoicing, claims and other administrative tasks
  • Work collaboratively with others
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of current marketplace and capabilities of available insurers
  • Build and maintain strong carrier relationships across all financial lines products
  • Direct review of applications/submissions and determine thoroughness of information. Request and gather additional information as may be needed
Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree required; substantial work experience may be considered in lieu of degree
  • State specific license is required
  • 3 - 10 years of relevant insurance work experience required
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written
  • Strong critical thinking skills
  • Ability to remain organized in a fast-paced environment
