- Identify and evaluate customers needs to deliver satisfaction

- Provide accurate, valid, and comprehensive information by using the established methods/processes
Position Requirements
- Property/Casualty Producer License
- Minimum 2-years experience in the personal lines insurance markets
- Thorough understanding of insurance products, underwriting, and state insurance laws
- Computer savvy with a high level of comfort with technology
- Motivated to build long-term wealth
- Excellent communication skills
- Detail oriented
- Above average at building client rapport and effective persuasion skills
Hours of Operation
The standard agency hours are 8:00am 6:00pm, Monday through Thursday and 8:00am - 5:00pm on Fridays. We are flexible when accommodating your needs and your specific work schedule can be adjusted if necessary, including optional evening and weekend hours. Along with the opportunity to work remote given geographical location and COVID-19 Restrictions.
Compensation Package
This career opportunity will provide you with an industry leading compensation package. Our CEA position as an initial base salary range of $38,500.00 to $45,000.00 (dependent upon your experience level and qualifications), in additional to BOTH new and renewal commission for adding premium to existing client accounts as well as new account acquisition. This position will also be provided with complete health insurance benefits (including dental and vision), 401K, and Paid Time Off.
