Production Analyst

Fraser Advanced Information Systems is looking for a Production Analyst to join our Team! The Production Analyst will provide day-to-day administrative and analytic support to the Production Print Manager and sales team coupled with end user client training and support in the Production division in order to increase and maintain excellent customer care and expand the Production Print footprint.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide pre-sales support by using knowledge of software, hardware and media to explain the benefits of the products
• Work alongside and support Production Print Manager and sales team to drive Production business
• Work closely with Production Print Manager to ensure proper pre-and post-order documentation and processes are accurate and complete
• Act as a conduit between sales and operations and client
• Setup and assist with customer equipment demonstrations
• Develop and deliver hands on training for end users
• Provide excellent customer service through end user support and continuous training for clients
• Maintain thorough communication and follow up to Manager and sales team
• Assist in running and developing reports and analyzing data in order to forecast

Qualifications, Skills, Experience Required:

• Bachelor’s degree, concentration in business or marketing preferred
• 1-2 years in relevant position experience, which could include project management and training specifically developing and delivering training on equipment is preferred
• A self-driven, energetic, confident personality with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple/diverse priorities
• Proven computer skills and have advanced proficiency in Microsoft software Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience with printing and finishing terms and workflow scenarios
• Familiarity with industry printing processes, including paper stocks
• Experience with EFI Fiery software and calibration procedures
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
• Detail oriented and customer service focused
• Must have the ability to have a flexible work schedule
