Sales Administration/ Implementation Manager

Monday - Friday 8am -5pm

As the Sales Administrator/Implementation Manager at Axiom you will not only work with a vibrant and creative team, but most importantly take our client initiatives to the next level as we continue to expand our global footprint. Our ideal candidate will have analytics presentation skills and be able to manage our client implementations and support our sales teams in the pre and post sales process. This position works directly with Axiom Connected Sales, Tech, and Marketing teams to deliver smooth launches of various programs. Reporting directly to the VP of Sales, this role requires the ability to take high level direction and drive activities and tasks both internally and externally.

The Sales Administrator/Implementation Manager is responsible for supporting the sales team during contract negotiations, and coordination of the implementation process and client success post implementation.

  • Client Management – Manage several different clients with different needs, organize client information/documentation, detail oriented, able to manage both the client and Axiom Connected departments to ensure the project moves forward efficiently
  • Client Onboarding – Client management, onboarding documentation (able to send documentation back for corrections, etc.), communication, demo platforms, ensure all departments are communicated with, follow up with clients
  • Client Communication – Professional emails, calls, meetings (virtual/in person), able to handle objections/questions on your own, stay organized to be able to quickly review highlights of each client with Sales Manager
  • Product Rates – Must be very detail oriented to create/review rate breakdowns from CEO, communicate price changes, ensure pricing is correct, efficient with excel, communicate directly with CEO about rates
  • Client Facing Documentation – Efficient with adobe/excel/pandadoc to create client facing documentation, including rates, pricing sheets, PLA’s, onboarding documents, etc.

Duties:

  • Support/complete client implementation documentation externally
  • Internal documentation/process of client implementation plans for tech team
  • Task related project management of new/existing implementations
  • Ability to interact/client facing pre and post-sale
  • Grasp of technical platforms and business interconnectivity
  • Scheduling and documenting stakeholder meetings
  • Ability to learn technical demonstration of product offering and present to prospects
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Business Management
  • 3-5 years’ experience in sales or sales project management
  • 2+ years in an administrative support capacity
  • Proficiency in these or similar software applications: MS Office, HubSpot, SharePoint, MS Project, Project Planning Tools, and Scheduling
  • Automotive and/or Insurance Industry specific knowledge or experience preferred
