EveryMind is hiring a Full Time Coordination Center Manager, to join our ServingTogether team. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Supervise and manage the ongoing coordination and facilitation of the ServingTogether Coordination Center, including hiring, training, monitoring, and evaluating performance of assigned staff and interns through regular and consistent supervision and provide recommendations for staff development, discipline, and promotion.
  • Develop and manage coordination center operation policies and procedures, including overseeing intake, referrals, service delivery, and service closure to ensure service provision in line with ServingTogether mission.
  • Develop and maintain the coordination center’s service provision platforms and equipment, including coordinating resources, processes, and technologies to meet service agreements and commitments to support evolving client needs.
  • Monitor and control service by auditing and analyzing performance on ServingTogether data to provide recommendations and insights to improve coordination center performance, including service levels and clients experience.
  • Provide feedback to department leadership on operational results, including information and analysis regarding workload and service performance.
  • Provide supervision to staff including auditing and analyzing performance and develop plans for professional development through training and coaching.
  • Manages aspects of ServingTogether budget based on Manager’s specific role.
  • Represent ServingTogether on cross-functional projects, including supporting outreach with community partners across ServingTogether’s geographic regions.
  • Other duties as assigned.

 

 

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in social work, counseling, or other human services field.
  • Master’s degree preferred.
  • Clinical licensure preferred.

Experience:

  • Experience supervising and managing staff strongly preferred.
  • Work requires general and specific knowledge of suicide prevention, veterans’ services, and case management.
  • Relevant clinical licensure preferred.
  • Familiarity with the military and veteran population and related services is required.
  • Experience providing case management and training preferred.

Skills:

  • Highly developed analytical skills for reviewing and analyzing data and communicating actionable information/recommendations.
  • Skills in complex problem solving, judgement, critical thinking, and decision-making.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Must be able to manage multiple tasks while working effectively as a team player.
  • Must have strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
  • Must be able to maintain confidentiality.
  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in MS Office Suite.

Abilities:

  • Proven ability to lead, coach, and mentor staff.
  • Effectively interact with a variety of constituents including service members, veterans, family members or caretakers, volunteers, paid staff, and community partners.
  • Ability to express ideas with clarity, confidence, and sensitivity.
  • Must be able to maintain confidentiality involving clients.

The Coordination Center, Manager is required to travel between service locations. Therefore, the employee must possess a valid driver’s license and have access to a vehicle.
