We are looking for a people person who’s interested in gaining a gateway to the IT/Software industry within a fast-paced environment.  The Customer Service Rep proactively and reactively handles regular queries and escalations. This includes taking calls and reviewing tickets to ensure the customer is served timely manner.


Key Responsibilities: 

  • Responding to inbound and making outbound calls to customers
  • Communicate directly with customers and our customer’s vendors to answer questions and address issues through email, text message, live chat, video chat, and other channels. 
  • Maintaining updates to communicate status of new and ongoing customer tickets
  • Driving resolutions by facilitating communication between customer and internal support
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction through tracking of issues



Skills & Abilities: 

  • You have good computer skills  
  • Excellent customer service and people skills 
  • Strong organization skills 
  • You are described as decisive, collaborative, flexible, accommodating, supportive, able to prioritize quickly, and not easily flustered
  • Experience with Word, Excel, and Outlook preferred 
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication and customer service skills
  • You possess creativity, flexibility, variety, and growth potential
  • You are detail orientated and are able to follow instructions accurately
  • You must be flexible, a fast learner, enthusiastic, and adaptable
  • You must have excellent writing skills

Education & Experience: 

  • Associate degree OR 2+ years relevant experience preferred  
  • Proven remote work experience preferred. 
  • Insurance experience is preferred 
  • Payments experience is preferred
