SCOPE:
• Reports to Food Service Manager
• Prepare and sell food and drinks in a fast paced environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Maintain accurate cash accountability, daily receipts and revenues on a daily basis.
• Maintain a professional and mature attitude with regard to patrons, co-workers and supervisors.
• Help to ensure a well-run facility in a clean, safe and attractive environment.
• Enforce park rules in a fair and consistent matter.
• Prepare and sell food when in the concession stand.
• Clean the entire inside of the concession stand, including the equipment. Maintain a clean exterior, including litter, spills, garbage and overall appearance of the facility.
• Maintain an orderly system of supplies, taking inventory as required.
• Attend all staff meetings.
• May be required to perform other duties as designated by Customer Experience Supervisor or CERA Management.
