Role Objective: Develops and executes Soluna marketing initiatives, crafting and implementing design and marketing strategies to boost brand awareness and user engagement. Manages creative product portfolio, orchestrating successful multi-channel brand marketing campaigns, including digital media, to drive adoption and growth.
Main responsibilities:
Plays a leadership role in design, creative assets:
- Leads marketing initiatives and design team through strategic design and development of best practices for delivering creative assets.
- Spearheads the creation of visually compelling marketing materials to enhance Soluna presence.
- Oversees the integration of design strategies in marketing campaigns to drive engagement and impact.
Manages SolunaApp.com landing page & marketing strategies:
- Oversees the management and maintenance of SolunaApp.com's landing page and overall website infrastructure.
- Ensures the website's creative and content is up-to-date and optimizes user downloads, experience and engagement.
- Coordinates future website requirements and updates to the DHCS SLA and improvements to align with marketing goals and enhance Soluna online presence.
Support project completion and team members:
- Exhibits leadership within the marketing team with a humble approach, prioritizing collaboration and effectiveness over personal ego.
- Drives projects to completion with a proactive, "get things done" attitude, ensuring timely and successful outcomes.
- Exhibits high emotional intelligence (EQ), fostering a supportive and understanding environment within the team.
Leads integrated marketing campaigns across a range of channels:
- Channel Selection to choose the appropriate mix of marketing channels. This will include digital channels like social media, email marketing, content marketing, and paid advertising, as well as traditional channels like print, television, radio, and direct mail.
- Requires consistent and cohesive messaging and content across all selected channels. This involves developing creative materials, ad copy, visuals, and other content assets that align with various campaign's message and objectives.
- Coordination and Implementation to oversee the execution of the campaign across all chosen channels.
Reporting Monitoring and Analysis:
- Media budget allocation and weekly monitoring with marketing leadership team.
- Ongoing process of tracking marketing activities and campaigns to identify trends, anomalies, and areas that require attention.
- Adapts plans and media to optimize how different touchpoints contribute to user adoption.
