Job Position: Clinical Recruiter
Essential Functions:
- Oversee full cycle recruitment for roles at all levels across the organization from conducting an initial phone screen through delivering and closing job offer.
- Effectively manage a high volume of open requisitions producing results in a fast-paced environment.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and role requirements. Building solid relationships with them to effectively navigate them through the full candidate life-cycle and educating them on their specific role in the hiring process.
- Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline.
- Serve as primary point of contact for candidates throughout hiring process providing timely communication and feedback.
- Communicate with hiring managers across cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on specifications and requirements of various roles.
- Work against tight deadlines to ensure successful acquisition of clinical talent, always with an eye towards innovation and increasing efficiency.
- Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations.
- Ensure data integrity within ATS.
- Participate and present reports in high level meetings with clinical leaders.
- Perform all other duties relevant to the position as requested.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field
- 5+ years of recent, professional recruiting experience focused on Advanced Practice positions such as, but not limited to: Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, Ultrasound Techs, Registered Nurses, RN Case Managers, Behavioral Therapists, etc.
- Bi-lingual English and Chinese strongly preferred.
- Self-motivated and an independent worker.
- Basic knowledge of employment law relative to hiring and interviewing required.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
- Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust.
- Excellent organizational and stellar time management skills.
- Ability to thrive in fast paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
