What you bring
Education and experience
- Bachelors degree (or equivalent) in human resources, business, or related field
- Accredited Professional Human Resources certification (i.e.: SHRM-CP or PHR)
- 5+ years of Human Resources experience
- 3+ years proven track record in leading initiatives and managing small projects.
- Advanced experience with Microsoft Office Suite specifically in Excel (pivot tables, logic including VLOOKUP and embedded formulas/functions).
- Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
