JOB DESCRIPTION:

 

Retail Bloom is hiring a collaborative, enthusiastic, and pragmatic Director of Client Services with a sharp partner presence and business acumen. The Director of Client Services leads our client services team, which is the primary interface between Retail Bloom and our client brands. The ideal Director of Client Services will provide superior support to the Retail Bloom client portfolio, identifying their clients’ needs, developing strategies, executing plans to meet client goals, and will also act as mentor and guide for our Client Services team as they hone their strategic and analytical skills within their own portfolio of brands. JOB DUTIES:

  • Develop departmental strategy to meet company financial and service goals. 
  • Own the delivery and management of all client services.
  • Maximize client retention rate and own all client KPI’s.
  • Accountable for existing client revenue and profitability targets, both forecast and attainment, as well as growing existing client revenue.
  • Work with client services team to nurture and manage client relationships, including troubleshooting client accounts

 

 

Qualifications

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD HAVE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, or equivalent experience, required.
  • 5+ years of marketplace experience, including Amazon Seller and/or Vendor Central.
  • 2+ years managing remote teams
  • Understands consumer brands and our clients’ needs.
  • Strong team building and management skills.
  • Holds themselves and others accountable.
