We are looking for part-time, on-call, and weekend Class A and Class B Drivers to join Team ’76. Please note the home base for this position is Boonville, Missouri.

What We Are Looking For

Our Class A and B drivers provide a wide range of services, including fireworks container drayage, delivery of fireworks to our customers, and 3rd party freight moves. Primarily, the position will entail the pickup and delivery of consumer fireworks to and from our Boonville, Missouri warehouse. Depending on the location of the delivery, some overnights may be required. Part-time, on-call, and weekend-only positions are available.

Qualifications

• At least 21 years of age and three years of previous experience driving commercial vehicles

• Valid Class A CDL or Class B CDL License

• Current DOT Medical Card

• Current HazMat endorsement is required, but Spirit will assist in obtaining the necessary endorsement if needed

• A history of safe driving

• Previous experience operating material handling equipment (e.g. hand truck, pallet jack, etc.)

• Basic computer skills

• Excellent verbal communication and organizational skills

This is a physically demanding position

• Must be able to carry, pull, and/or lift up to 50 pounds

• Must be able to crouch, grasp, pull, kneel, stoop, and walk to perform certain job functions

• The incumbent will be exposed to hazardous fireworks materials
