- High School Diploma or GED.
- Associates Degree from an accredited school in Business or Human Resources preferred.
- 2 years of experience in Human Resources and/or Safety.
- SHRM-CP or PHR preferred
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite specifically Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Emphasis will be placed on Excel skills (data sorting, report writing, pivot tables etc.)
- Professional e-mail, written and oral communication is required.
- Must have the ability to write routine reports and correspondence as well as be able to speak effectively before groups of employees of the organization.
