Overview: An Employee Experience Coordinator is someone who has strong interpersonal skills, detail-oriented, empathetic, enjoys helping people, and is willing to learn. An Employee Experience Coordinator embodies the core values, are enthusiastic, self-motivated, proactive, and are passionate about providing the best experience to our Sender One employees.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate staff issues, concerns, and/or questions with the staff’s department manager, gym manager, and the Employee Experience Manager;
- Assist the Employee Experience Manager with the recruitment efforts, including but not limited to, keeping Paycom up-to-date;
- Coordinate the Interviewing & Hiring Process and communicate new hires’ process with the hiring and gym managers;
- Assigned as the primary phone interviewer in the interview process and hiring process;
- Audit staff perks on a monthly basis (8 days worked per month);
- Coordinate with the department manager to determine staff’s Senderversaries (1, 3, 5 or 10 year award), ensure the award is provided to the manager prior to the staff’s scheduled annual check in, and ensure managers are announcing Senderversaries;
- Audit online staff training, including but not limited to, first aid/CPR training, anti-harassment training, and SafeSport & CDC Concussion training and verify certifications are in employees’ efiles;
- Audit efiles and the Staff Training Checklist to ensure the Employee Experience department has record of all training certifications;
- Verify monthly Core Value Award winners are receiving their award and an announcement is made on Basecamp recognizing the winner;
- Collaborate with the department managers and/or supervisors to log completed staff checklist(s) and saving them to the employee’s efile;
- Collaborate and ensure name tags are ordered for new hires;
- Help fellow coworkers, keep each other accountable, and communicate efficiently;
- Remain current with policies and procedures concerned with customer facing cleanliness and sanitation including but not limited to the use of personal protective equipment (PPE);
- Take initiative to help the team progress to our shared purpose - discover ourselves and connect with others through climbing.
- Assist department managers with the offboarding, voluntary separation process and ensure the separation checklist is completed.
