Qualifications

  1. Minimum Associate’s degree in business administration, science, health care, public health, or other life sciences related field. Three (3) years of relevant quality assurance experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
  2. Preferred Bachelor’s degree in business administration, science, health care, public health, or other life sciences related field RN/LPN licensure in the state of Oklahoma is preferred.
  3. Must have 1-2 years’ experience in auditing in a regulated environment.
  4. Must have knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices and procedures in healthcare and quality assurance.
  5. Must have excellent verbal and communication skills.
  6. Must have critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  7. Must have the ability to interact with all levels of personnel.
  8. Process Improvement methodology training preferred.
  9. Experience in Microsoft applications i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
