Organ Recovery Coordinator - Night Shift - OKC

This is not your typical critical care role. Our Organ Recovery Coordinators are members of an elite team of professionals, includingRegistered Nurses, Respiratory Therapists, Paramedics and LPNs, whocoordinate the entire process around organ recovery at our partner hospitals. Primary responsibilities include ICU medical management of a consented donor with drip titration, medication administration, ventilatory management, etc. as well as organ placement with recipients and assisting in the operating room during procurement. This role works 3 12-hour shifts per calendar week with potential for travel within OK requirements.

- LPNs, Paramedics, Registered Nurses or Registered Respiratory Therapists with at least 2 years of critical care experience

- Ability to work with medical professionals on all levels

- Motivated to learn

- Handle high stress situations in a clinical environment

- Attention to detail on documentation

- Have attained or able to attain their BLS, ACLS and PALS in one year
