POSITION SUMMARY:

Provide excellent service and support as an integral part of the IRA & HSA Operations Department

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:

  • SOX Maintenance processing including; data collection, review and validation

  • Daily SOX violation reporting and follow up

  • Support Retail Branches regarding questions, policies, and procedures for IRAs and HSAs

  • Process IRA and HSA transactions and documentation through Eclipse workflow

  • Utilize Ascensus for daily transaction questions

  • Establish new HSA accounts

  • Customer service support via multiple phone queues

  • Cross train to cover monitoring, audit and compliance reviews

  • Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent

  • Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and manage competing deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude

  • Must be detail-oriented while maintaining a high degree of responsiveness and flexibility in performing tasks

  • Must be able to embrace and quickly adapt to change as a result of internal, market or regulatory policy changes

  • Ability to provide WOW customer service to internal and external customers

  • Strong team player with excellent communications skills

 

COMPUTER SKILLS

To perform this job successfully, an individual should be skilled in Microsoft Office Products, have 45+ WPM typing speed and 10-key experience.
