We are currently seeking a 2nd Shift General Laborer to work in our Chubs Department at our 168,000 square foot cannery! We offer a starting base wage of $18.70/Hr., a $1/Hr. night shift differential, scheduled increases and weekly bonuses! Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Work safely and comply with company and regulatory safety/environmental policies, practices and procedures
Maintain the highest level of confidentiality, customer service and professionalism to promote a positive image of the company
Operate forklift to load and unload trucks
Select, clean, pack, and palletize pet food
Load and unload items onto equipment for processing
Operate multiple unit operations, opportunities to train and cross train in different areas
Move product to the proper area, following all department and QA procedures
Transfer finished goods to pallets and move to holding freezer
Ensure proper housekeeping throughout the shift and in all department areas
