We are looking for a welcoming Customer Service Representative to join our team! Customer Service Representatives are often the first point of contact for our members and are expected to provide the highest quality of customer service.

 

Pay & Hours

$12.00+ Experience

Flexible scheduling, including nights and weekends. We have both IMRF and non-IMRF positions available. 

 

Duties & Responsibilities

Check-in guests, process registration and membership transactions and answer questions and concerns. Provide administrative and program support while actively promoting activities and programs and seeking to increase recreation sales.

 

A high school degree or equivalent and experience working in an environment requiring the ability to multi-task. Must possess excellent skills in customer service, general office practices and computers (Microsoft Office) and be able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing. Needs to be able to perform basic math to reconcile cash drawers. Must have a CPR/AED certification or the ability to obtain within three (3) month of hire. Must possess knowledge of software applications, such as program registration software.
