Regional Manager will support the Shop Operations team by translating and implementing the strategic initiatives of the leadership team, ensuring practical application in the shops. Regional Managers work closely with the HQ Shop Operations team, as well as with the Shop leadership teams and crew members. Regional Managers are responsible for overseeing the day-to-day expectations of the shops being met. Regional Managers will be responsible for leading multiple shops, ensuring region-wide guest satisfaction, and measuring the financial performance of all the locations within the region. A successful candidate for the position will be flexible, highly organized, self-motivated and a strong leader. High energy, confidence and intuition are valuable in this fast-paced, dynamic environment. This person will represent the JuiceLand brand both in the shops and in the community, actively spreading the JuiceLand mission. This position will report to the Director of Shop Operations & COO

Work load is 50% administrative, and 50% in the field.


  • Develops the Shop leadership team within the region to deliver legendary guest experiences in all stores

  • Coaches Shop Managers to communicate with their crew in an effective and consistent manner

  • Conducts bi-monthly Grow Days with each Shop Manager

  • Conducts bi-yearly quality assurance audits for all shops within region

  • Manages shop teams through unusual and unexpected events to keep region operating to standard 

  • Fields all maintenance issues within region and ensures they are completed in a timely manner

  • Regularly reviews shops within the region to identify problems, concerns, and opportunities for improvement; provides coaching to the Shop leadership team to take action and achieve/improve operational goals. Works with Shop Manager to improve functionality of each Shop within region

  • Oversees implementation of company programs and policies, big and small 

  • Monitors region-wide management staffing levels and ensures adequate employee  growth into leadership roles within the shop. Reviews employee pay and maintains consistency throughout region

  • Utilizes existing tools to identify and prioritize communications and filters communications to the Shop leadership team within the region. Communicates clearly, concisely and accurately in order to ensure effective operations at the Shop level. Acts as a liaison between admin team and Shop Managers

  • Routinely reviews Payroll, CrunchTime, Trello communication, Daily and Monthly Sales Reports, and Ordering.


  • Minimum 3 years of leadership experience 

  • Strong organizational and logistical planning skills with attention to detail

  • Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Ability to successfully undertake a project from beginning to end

  • Ability to be flexible, multi-task, and be a self-starter

  • Ability to implement and support change, and lead others to change effectively 

  • Ability to travel to new markets to help support new teams 

  • A team player with a positive attitude who respects and supports everyone

  • Ability to plan, organize and prioritize workload

  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information

  • Willingness to be available nights, weekends and holidays, as needed

  • Possesses an entrepreneurial mindset and practiced strategic implementation


  • Regular computer/POS Register and equipment usage

  • Frequent, continual, intermittent flexing or rotation of the wrist(s) and spine 

  • Regular reaching, turning, and performing precision work around shop

  • Must be able to lift 50lbs


  • $55,000 - $65,000 annual base pay + bonuses
