Our location based in Eastport is seeking a Custodian / General Maintenance Worker.

Job Description

We are hiring a maintenance worker to join our team. You will perform a variety of maintenance and cleaning tasks to keep the buildings looking perfect. To work well in this role you should have basic maintenance knowledge around building repairs and some experience cleaning.


  • Clean rooms, hallways, restrooms, offices, stairways and windows
  • Perform maintenance and minor repairs (replacing broken switches, fixing door handles, minor leaks etc.)
  • Empty wastebaskets, replenish restroom supplies, replace light bulbs
  • Undertake occasional custodial and janitorial tasks (shoveling snow from the sidewalk, lifting heavy items, moving chairs etc.)
  • Follows all applicable safety rules and procedures
  • Aid employees and visitors as necessary

Wage Range: $17 - 22/hour. In compliance with applicable law, this range is a good faith estimate based on potential employee qualifications, operational needs and other considerations permitted by law.
