We seek a highly innovative PhD level scientist to act as the scientific liaison between the company and our customers. You will support activities around product understanding and troubleshooting with customers and partners world-wide who utilize our antibody screening and deconvolution (Membrane Proteome Array (MPA)). This is an onsite position with potential for a flexible schedule after the initial training period, which will be primarily work from the office.

  • Use your training in science outside the lab
  • Be a key part of the research, sales, and marketing teams of a biotech company
  • Drive the design and implementation of novel product applications to meet customer needs and support their preclinical trial submissions
  • Work with collegial, innovative, and intellectually stimulating team members 


  • Gain deep understanding of, and practical familiarity with the membrane proteome array
  • Foster excellent and close working relationships with internal research and marketing teams to produce customer facing technical documents
  • Proactively communicate with customers to understand the goals and needs of their projects and provide scientific guidance on how to best utilize our products
  • Collaborate on scientific discussions with customers to troubleshoot experimental results
  • Act as the ‘voice of the customer” and provide product feedback to research, sales and marketing teams
  • Represent the company at global scientific conferences, tradeshows, and other forums
  • Maintain current understanding of company commercial initiatives and strategies by close collaboration with sales and marketing teams
  • Provide ideas and feedback on the development and execution of product line webinars/workshops/trainings that anticipate our customer needs
  • Create customer reports by integrating data from various internal research sources 


  • Candidates should have a PhD in cell or molecular biology, immunology, or related biological sciences. 
  • Demonstrated success and comfort with creation and facilitation of technical programs and curriculums to small and large audiences 
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across internal/external teams and departments 
  • Extensive experience working with cells, DNA transfection, and fluorescence-based assays 
  • Qualified candidate will have an innovative mindset, be a collaborative team player, effective critical thinker, clear communicator, and possess excellent troubleshooting skills
