We seek a highly innovative PhD level scientist with a background in biology, immunology, or related disciplines to help develop and lead projects utilizing our antibody screening and deconvolution platform (Membrane Proteome Array).

Opportunities

  • Drive the development and implementation of new technology platforms to support the development of therapeutic antibodies and vaccines.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute assays aimed at understanding signal transduction and receptor expression using flow cytometry and other fluorescence-based cellular assays.
  • Design, implement and validate high throughput cellular assays using immortalized cell lines and primary human cell culture. Learn and teach new technologies to ensure the company continually innovates.
  • Simultaneously lead multiple lines of research for internal and external clients.
  • Lead and mentor junior scientists in the lab

Qualifications

  • Candidates should have a PhD in cell or molecular biology, immunology or a related discipline
  • Extensive experience working with both primary and immortalized human cell lines, DNA transfection, and fluorescence-based assays (e.g flow cytometry)
  • Demonstrated ability to develop, implement and analyze cell-based assays
  • Experience with immunological cellular assays is a plus
  • Qualified candidate will have an innovative mindset, be a collaborative team player, effective critical thinker, clear communicator, and possess excellent troubleshooting skills
