- H.S. Diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of experience scheduling/routing service technicians
- 1-3 years of exceptional customer service experience
- Computer proficient with Microsoft Office (Word processing and Excel spreadsheets)
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to recognize and solve problems
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Must have a good work history, good attendance, and work ethic
- Self-motivated/ team player
Work Environment/Physical Requirements:
- Daylight shift - Monday through Friday
