Responsibilities

  • Utilize the Gettel sales process as laid out in Gettel University.
  • Approach, greet, and offer assistance to clients on sales floor or lot.
  • Assist clients in finding a vehicle that meets their needs.
  • Build strong rapport with clients, leading to long term relationships.
  • Offer high-quality, professional, and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of new and pre-owned vehicles.

Essential Duties

  • Prior automotive sales experience helpful, but will train qualified individuals interested in a sales career.
  • Requires a valid driver’s license, with an acceptable driving record, as determined by our insurance carrier.
  • Must be able to meet the hours requirement for the position.
  • Must be able to meet the minimum sales requirements as set by the General Manager.
  • Must be high energy and highly detailed and display honesty and integrity.
