Heavy Equipment Management Company (HEMCO), a Las Vegas-based entity providing management and shared services within the heavy equipment space, is seeking a Credit Finance Representative to assist in finance and accounting functions for itself and its growing portfolio of companies. This position will collaborate with various departments such as legal, sales and accounting.

What you'll do:

  • Work with internal sales team and financing sources to process quotes and finance documents for equipment.
  • Coordinate with accounting staff on deal sheets, sales, warranties, etc.
  • Communicate equipment finance programs to the internal sales management team.
  • Manage accounts receivable, open aging reports and collect outstanding receivables.
  • Assist in credit application inquiries using financial analysis and credit bureau reports.
  • Review credit hold reports and releasing orders within established guidelines.
  • Resolve disputes and address credit service inquiries via verbal, written or email communication.
  • Understand, update and validate customer information.
  • Initiate and respond to correspondence from customers and internal departments promptly.
  • Process account information where credit was revoked.
  • Identify payments from customers, review credit memos and submit maintenance items for posting to customer accounts. 

What you'll need:

  • Ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a changing work environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal customer service skills required.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team.
  • Skilled in using relevant software applications, such as Microsoft Office Suite and IntelliDealer.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in successfully dealing directly with customers.
  • Experience with IntelliDealer strongly desired.
  • Prior equipment dealership experience strongly desirable.
  • Minimum of three years of related experience preferred.
