Top Treatment Assembler

Position Summary

The Top Treatment Assembly is responsible for manufacturing quality cornices from raw goods to finished product based on customer orders. 

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Read tickets to confirm cornice sizing.

• Cut lumber using electric saw and assemble cornices per customer sizing on tickets. 

• Paint or upholster cornices depending on ticket information.

• Assemble cornices with a pneumatic staple gun

• Drill pocket holes with machine

• Paint using a High Velocity Low Pressure paint sprayer or with rollers

• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs., read a tape measure, use hand/power tools, and stand for long periods of time

• Inspect finished cornices for quality assurance.

• Bag and pack completed cornices per order. 

• Assist in production where needed.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

•    Great attention to detail. 
•    Some experience in a manufacturing environment.
•    1-2 years’ experience as an inspector in a manufacturing environment, preferred but not required.
•    High school diploma.
•    Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
•    Ability to measure and do basic math.
•    Able to lift 10-40lbs.
•    Comfortable using power tools.
