One Line Job Description

The Revive Administrative Assistant effectively utilizes organizational, communication, and collaboration skills to assist and support the Revive Leadership Team with administrative tasks. This position is part-time, at 10 hours a week.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Execute administrative/office needs and reports for the Revive Team
  • Attend team meetings, take notes, and do follow-ups, as requested or needed
  • Receive, process, and follow up on requests for (internal or external service provided by the team)
  • Coordinate details for classes or events hosted by Revive, including advertisement, room reservations, registrations, materials, and communication with teachers/facilitators
  • Create or coordinate details for communication requests for materials for advertisement and informational purposes for programs, services and content under the Revive Team
  • Assist with Revive social media platforms, creating and scheduling content as requested

Other Duties

  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
  • Actively engaged at Pantano Christian Church / Revive
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish, ability to translate written and verbal communication
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Office-related computer skills, including experience with common office software/programs and online applications
  • Ability to effectively utilize online communication, email, and calendar tools
  • Ability to work productively without direct supervision
  • Ability to work well and collaborate with team members, volunteers, and other staff
  • Experience with Mac and macOS a plus
  • Experience with Google Drive a plus
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Word and Excel a plus
