What we’re looking for:

Ability to work in an organized, efficient, and clean manner

Work well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Ability to read and execute recipes quickly and accurately

Enthusiastic attitude and dependability
What you’ll be doing:

Prepare and grill menu items according to recipe specifications
-
Follow all food safety and quality standards and ensure proper temperatures on all cooked items

Follow proper knife-handling procedures
-
Operate and maintain kitchen equipment
-
Set up and breakdown prep stations and grills
-
Maintain a clean working environment throughout your shift

Maintain open communication with front-of-the-house teams to ensure fully stocked areas at all times

Maintain knowledge of our seasonally changing menu

Complete all required cleaning tasks throughout the day

Keep a professional overall presentation, by modeling friendly, respectful, and business-appropriate communication with coworkers and customers

Maintain a clean and well-groomed personal appearance and adhere to our uniform policy
